上次嚟過永光中心,其實都睇中左唔少嘅餐廳,所以今日又再嚟過,試吓呢一間燒肉酒場🤗-燒肉酒場其實係主打成吉思汗嘅燒肉,唔講唔知道原來係黎自日本北海道🤤-而佢呢一度亦都保留着好傳統嘅圓拱型成吉思汗燒烤爐,好特別,喺出面真係冇乜幾可會見到🤫🤫而且一嚟嘅時候店員就已經喺爐邊放上左洋蔥同埋蘿蔔等等嘅配菜,原來個用意就係等呢啲燒肉嘅汁滲入去呢啲配菜入面,令到配菜會多一陣肉嘅味道😄-1.美國牛板腱 $78牛板腱大大塊,望落去佢嘅肉全部都好新鮮,而且牛板腱係比較重牛味嘅一部份,正👍-2.韓式豬腩肉 $78呢個韓式豬腩肉係用咗少少好似泡菜汁咁去醃製嘅🤗豬腩肉用嚟燒烤永遠都冇錯,外邊皮嗰一層燒到脆身,超香口😋-3.香葱薄燒牛舌 $98呢個牛舌份量都好多,而燒牛舌如果唔識控制時間其實係最容易令到佢變到好難咬,但係餐廳控制佢嘅厚薄控制得好好,即使燒耐左都唔會好韌🤤仲可以根據自己嘅喜好配埋啲干蒜同埋蔥,又係另一種味道😆-4.鱈魚乾 $58鍾意食薯片嘅話千祈唔好放過呢一個鱈魚乾,佢燒到好似薯片咁脆,咬落去有淡淡的魚香味,配埋沙律醬,用嚟送酒真係一流🤤-5.桂花烏龍水果茶 $48因為夜晚約咗朋友去飲酒,所以晏晝就飲
