今次嗌咗兩個唔同套餐share食,基本上包含晒所有我哋鍾意嘅海鮮食材同兩款不同牛肉,前菜仲有時令魚生同牛油果鮮蝦沙律。海鮮方面真係未見過咁大隻虎蝦竟然比龍蝦還要巨型。師傅將龍蝦頭、蝦膏分開煎煮備用,將蝦膏煮成伴醬襯托龍蝦肉,龍蝦保持嫩滑口感,所以入口有刺身的鮮爽口。另外師傅會將虎蝦頭煎成蝦餅、白鱔起皮煎成魚皮,兩款都香脆可口,完全顯出師傅熟練烹飪技巧,同埋沒有浪費任何食材!最出色係其中一款和牛西冷做法首先係在鐵板燒烤後放在一個盒子內煙燻,內部保持多汁,表面有淡淡焦香,好食到停唔到口!炒飯好乾身,而且師傅仲會將部份煎成飯焦,好驚喜!值得一讚餐廳環境和空間闊落完全沒有油煙味,餐廳的職員亦非常Friendly,鐵板燒師傅是日本廚師。大家都好專業同埋服務態度一流!有機會一定會再幫襯!
