To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我平時無辣不歡今日下午同事抽起條筋要食上海麵。老實我真係好麻麻地，一直覺得啲花生醬湯好鬼怪。我老闆大力推薦，勉為其難叫一次，好彩有得揀大辣我叫咗雞翼花生湯大辣麵，雞翼，即炸，正，麵滑，湯底。。。搞錯！ 唔辣喎，但竟然好味，唔 “漏“ ，香，恰到好處。我竟然飲哂碗湯，好得人驚如果有彈牙粗麵就好其他同事：嫩雞麵，佢地話真係好嫩。（心邪嗰個請面壁）麻辣湯好辣（我有保留呀）老闆塊排骨可惜凍咗少少，唔凍會好好食豆漿：未夠香濃，但都好味。48蚊碗，有豆漿，仲想點？

竟然好味，唔 “漏“ ，香，恰到好處。
