To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依稀記得自己兩三年前食過灣仔果間浦和,食物質素都唔錯,唔知今次又會點呢?呢餐係同同事慶生既午飯,雖然已經預先卜位但仍要等一陣先有得入去坐午市時段實在有點多人,想搵個侍應落單都唔易,最後我地輪流舉手先有人過黎點左一號魚生飯,前菜係蟹柳沙律,味道四平八穩,亦算開胃至於主菜就等得有點耐,大概十五分鐘左右啦,而侍應亦無預先提供豉油碟。不過係好食既,各種魚生食落係新鮮又有咬口,飯同魚生既份量都多,但就無用到珍珠米甜品係雪得非常硬既雪米糍。但呢餐我覺得重點係魚生飯而味道的確幾好,值得再次光臨,如果可以提高服務質素就perfect 👍🏿
