Restaurant: Ah Kwai Friend's Noodles
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔錯嘅小店

早一段時間係街聽見2個後生仔講尼到有間老友粉，完全唔知佢哋講乜，咁啱今日行過就係門口睇吓個餐牌，一路見有食客出出入入，應該唔錯呱，小店地方唔大，等左一陣先有位，唔識點就叫個2人餐，先上左個口水雞，真係有少少出乎我意料，以為小食係得2-3件，點知份量比酒樓例牌仲要多少少，之後上左個脆皮肉乾撈，即係廣東人嘅燒肉，雖則個皮只係少少脆，不過個味係ok嘅，個通心米缐就一般般，但要講下佢另上果碗湯仔，飲落係好似自己煲果D家常豬骨湯，唔似味精水，最後係麻辣豬扒米線，少辣都唔少嘢，食到流鼻水一心以為員工會好似譚仔阿姐講嘢有口音，但發覺佢地完全冇鄉音之餘仲好靜好溫文，雖然地方細人又多，但都算唔錯
