To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天水圍係一個美食沙漠,住係度好多時都唔知食咩好,但出外食飯偏偏經常出現。煲仔皇唔似傳統嘅酒樓,有好多特色小菜食,最多人點一定係煲仔飯,因為唔多地方有。但天氣開始轉熱,食煲仔飯好似格格不入,所以今天的2人晚餐就叫了小菜。《沙嗲銀絲肥牛煲》這味菜式無論我去邊度食,都經常會叫,味道不過不失吧,帶有少許辣味,很吸引。肥牛偏un偏乾,但勝在粉絲入味,且份量很多。落單5分鐘就有得食,熱辣辣,配白飯一流!《涼瓜魚柳煲》這道菜式份量亦很多,魚柳略為偏咸,始終有汁,味道偏濃,要配白飯平衡一下。可惜的是涼瓜大部分都很苦,要食到唔苦嘅涼瓜真係好睇彩數!唯獨食到最尾發現好多油,偏肥膩。煲仔皇在小商場屹立多年,說實話環境不算太好,過幾日後終於裝修,期望會帶來一番新景象,以及轉換一下菜式。

這味菜式無論我去邊度食,都經常會叫,味道不過不失吧,帶有少許辣味,很吸引。肥牛偏un偏乾,但勝在粉絲入味,且份量很多。落單5分鐘就有得食,熱辣辣,配白飯一流!
