To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已是第二次光顧紅煮意，兩次都是到電影中心睇戲前醫肚。門口頗為隱蔽，要上一條長樓梯，不易搵。今次是食lunch，黎到時坐滿8成，不過都不用等位。叫了一份炭燒紐西蘭西冷牛扒，配薯菜(薯菜為薯蓉)，跟湯、蒜蓉包及餐飲，共$98。蒜蓉包香脆好味。這個價位的牛扒當然不能有太高要求，但其實質素是不錯的，火喉剛好，外面煎得香口，不會過熟或韌口，肉味也不錯，性價比是頗高。薯蓉上次來，依希記得質素也是不錯，可見餐廳水準甚為平穩。
