虎蝦海膽醬意粉係用咗扁意粉,廚師煮意粉嘅時間較得唔錯,唔會硬身或者淋身,質感幾彈牙同有咬口,味道其實唔錯,但可惜就唔太覺得有海膽醬嘅味道。有一隻大虎蝦 同埋大概2-3粒嘅雪藏蝦,肉質頗彈牙同新鮮。香蒜辣蟹肉意粉係用咗香蒜爆香再加辣醬,所以食落比較香口,而且佢係真係幾辣下,啱晒鍾意食辣嘅朋友仔。我覺得要讚下佢用咗三文魚籽做配式,佢啲三文魚籽一啲都唔會腥,辣味配埋充滿海洋味道嘅三文魚籽,真係好好味。但可能因為佢呢碟味道比較濃 所以就唔係好食到蟹肉嘅鮮甜味,而且蟹肉嘅肉質唔可以話好新鮮,有啲‘鞋’ 呢方面略有遜色。小食方面,叫咗一碟炸薯條🍟。佢有明太子醬/松露醬,今次同樣都簡咗松露醬。幾唔錯,咸道適中,而且佢個醬幾滑同幾smooth ,點薯條一流😜最後最想推介嘅係封門柳,因為佢真係做到medium rare嘅feel 肉質淋身,無筋,而且肉質幾嫩滑,配埋餐廳自製嘅鰹魚昆布汁,意外地夾,唔會腥,而且腌製得好入味,可以再encore
