To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有日喺銅鑼灣工作完，諗住食個Lunch，見到樓下有人派傳單，心諗好似幾抵食喎，就試下啦。呢到係手機落單，然後用信用卡或者八達通俾錢。佢有幾款唔同既套餐俾你揀，有牛，有豬，有雞，任你選擇，之後有啲醬汁俾你點呢到可以加$25轉套餐，或者單點都得，而我就揀左三部合奏套餐（有豬五花腩，雞腿肉同埋豬頸肉）。嘩，啱晒我呢啲食肉獸啊。而且個套餐可以揀沙律或者泡菜，個飯可以揀白飯或者紫菜溫泉蛋飯，個湯唔洗揀，係包埋嘅，揀完之後就可以燒㗎啦。食燒肉，點可以冇嘢飲呀，我叫左蜜桃茶，滿足嘅一餐，下次再食過。
