Restaurant: Red Idea Cafe

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔錯既cafe

又到食lunch既時間，今日由於做野晏左，去到成3點幾先食lunch 。又唔想食開平時個幾間餐廳，但個肚仔又少少餓。行行下見到呢間cafe有下午茶menu，又有飯食，所有就決定食呢間。呢間係一間樓上cafe, 行上一層就到。入到去佢既格局幾文青，而且見佢夜晚似會俾個地方人一齊jam歌，似係一間music cafe。坐位方面有sofa卡位亦都有正常位。坐低左之後我就叫左一個照燒汁日式雞扒飯加杯熱啡。Total 38蚊。等左陣就有得食，望落去雖然唔大碗，但其實好足料。雞扒非常之多，食落去唔會太hi, 而且個日式燒汁出奇地好食。米就用左珍珠米，本人係珍珠米大愛者，值得加分。之於杯熱啡就覺得太重奶味，個人就唔算太鐘意喇！
