To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試左個叉燒雙蛋飯和沙爹牛米餐，有火腿，滑蛋，菠蘿油 跟餐。1）沙爹牛米屬正常 ，但個滑蛋真係滑，有蛋汁。 個樣已經好吸引。 最值得一提係個菠蘿油。 $34 餐 仲有個脆既菠蘿油。2）叉燒雙蛋飯 （鼓油汁）鼓油汁唔係生抽亦唔係美極， 相信廚師自己制過個鼓油汁，加埋蛋黃汁撈飯，好親切既味道。 叉燒先係重點， 雖然同我認知既燒味鋪既叉燒有出入，有種炭燒既味道，相當特別。+$8 有維記樽裝鮮奶，而家係餐廳仲有樽裝鮮奶架咩？
