Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

6月18日 父親節前席 翻新左酒店味食過 試下會。 好多人等位等好耐 ..但性價比高。 每人每次限拎3隻生蠔，海水味比較重，但size大肥美，刺身 海老唔新鮮，佢用水解凍浸到蝦林晒，食左一隻冇食，三文魚就Ok ge。其他冷盤冇咩吸引。 熟食方面都幾多款，光牛肉略肥，有串燒區，天婦羅區，關東煮區，點心區，小菜區，性價比高囉 味道唔會太驚艷。最後租品要讚下，cake好多款意外好食，有haagen daz雪條多款口味，同其他雪糕。整體款多。 依個價lunch值
