To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個周末去左大尾督水上活動中心上堂，餐放lunch當然就係去巴士站對出搵食。星期六因為芭堤雅太多人等位，所以過左隔離嗰間泰式餐廳食。星期日人終於少啲，就嚟試下。一直都鍾意試唔同餐廳嘅喇沙，今次亦都點左個芭堤雅喇沙$56加$5要凍奶茶。個喇沙嚟到賣相都同圖一樣，首先飲個湯，好香濃椰奶味個湯又唔會太甜。用筷子攪一攪啲面，咦，點解有兩隻色嘅問一問原來係兩溝嘅面，有一半米線一半拉面。食落我覺得米線淋左啲，其實我都係prefer淨食一種面。不過因為個湯都幾好飲，如果辣少少會再惹味啲，所以整體我都畀個喇沙有8/10分畀錢嘅時候total收少我幾蚊，先知原來參加上水活動過嚟食lunch係會有優惠的。五十幾蚊食個唔錯嘅泰式lunch我覺得幾抵。下次嚟呢邊玩水都會再試其他野食！
