To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我住附近既，比較少落街買野食～今日心血來潮去左呢間山東餃子店買外賣。37蚊10隻餃子，圍返即係唔洗4蚊就有一隻，尺寸都唔細架！相當之經濟，又食得你飽。今日叫左蕃薯苗豬肉餃，因為外賣關係，啲菜已經黃左少少，但顏色唔影響味道，都食得出足料新鮮。皮都唔算厚同埋唔會雪到硬晒，一咬成口都係粉。豆瓣醬同埋醋都有自動擺落我個袋，唔洗自己拎自己倒。最怕要我自己倒，又多野拎住攪到一手都係。整體黎講都唔錯。下次再買。
