To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四個人共五道海鮮,加一碟菜。另送海鮮湯及生果。海鮮買左四百幾蚊,隔鄰的美和海鮮檔是聯營的,海鮮檔亞校董老闆三哥好好人,又送蟶子又教揀鮮常識。1. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦兩隻:$9兩幾扺食,兩隻都係百五蚊左右,啖啖肉。2. 白灼海蝦:原來淺色d無晒太陽就叫海蝦(o係琴晚電視節目度學的),平日價錢應大概$80-$90一斤,我地買就$80/斤,叫左半斤。3. 果皮蒸大連鮑魚:三哥為左俾我地分辨野生鮑同養鮑,特登送左一隻養鮑俾我地試下,大連鮑約$2x一隻,不過我唔食鮑魚,唔知有咩分別。4. 豉椒蟶子皇:三哥又送左四五隻小蟶子俾我地,我個人覺得蟶子皇較爽口,小蟶子肉不太結實,但家人就覺得無乜分別;5. 薑葱炒花蟹:無乜特別,可能全檯都係懶人,唔係太鍾意食蟹,嫌佢麻煩肉少。三哥其實好積極推稍我地食重皮蟹,但家人都係婉拒左。鯉魚門全部都係自來海鮮另收煮工,呢間酒家收$65一位算係中價啦,門面最豪的有船仔標誌的南大門要$80呢!但快樂的裝修都唔錯,假日下午去食又無咩人,食得幾悠閒!總括而言,去鯉魚門食海鮮又唔算太遠,幾方便,仲可以順道買下零食手信(俾自己)。幾好。
