呢間日本料理由我第一日係灣仔返工已經有,不過今次係三年黎第一次食。本身其實想食返佢隔離既魚鮮生,但係佢執左,所以就試左呢間。入到去個環境好黑,不過佢啲燈幾有日本feel,幾特別。加拿大海膽同三文魚腩刺身,海膽有少少沙,不過都幾鮮甜。而三文魚腩刺身都幾肥美,不錯。牛肉烏冬,湯底無乜味,烏冬煮得太腍,普通牛肉,無乜特別。雞泡魚乾又係無乜特別,唔係太好食。燒豬頸肉,無乜味同埋個豬頸肉唔太新鮮。天婦羅拉麵,都係好普通。天婦羅炸得多油左少少,拉麵湯底就普通豬骨湯,拉麵硬度煮得幾好。鰻魚卷,個汁都幾好既,不過又係唔算好好食。劍魚腩壽司、帆立貝壽、甜蝦壽司,呢三款都幾鮮甜既,但係又唔係好好味,可能因為雪得過凍。火炙三文魚壽司,呢個食落反而幾好食,好肥美,少少入口即溶咁既感覺。火炙左口魚邊壽司,呢個好味!入口即溶,好香甜。馬糞軍艦,比起加拿大海膽更香甜。
