To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聯和墟出名多好野食，唔少人仲會影慕名以來。早排就去了聯和墟揾朋友仔交收，順便食個Brunch。今次去食群記豬手旁邊的一間Cafe。除了餐廳名叫大蕃薯，就連食物都係以蕃薯為主。Lunch有成18個，選擇困難症有難了 (笑)每個午餐都會包一個紅/白餐湯，我同朋友仔不約而同都揀了忌廉湯。湯夠晒熱，口感Creamy而且超級足料。煎雞扒伴甘薯蘋果沙律，份量其實都唔少。雞排煎得幾香口，重點係唔算太肥。沙律除了有爽脆清甜的蘋果，仲有餐廳招牌的蕃薯！蕃薯軟滑，而且蕃薯味好香，好食！我就揀了蕃薯奶茶，佢有冷熱選擇，而我今次就試了熱蕃薯奶茶。佢的質地及口感比一般奶茶更厚身一點，味道同一般的奶茶分別不太大，佢的茶味香而不苦澀，感覺都不錯。朋友每次食都要放棄餐飲，而比錢散叫的甘薯奶昔！今次佢叫了杯甘薯紅豆奶昔，我偷飲了一啖，入口幼滑，而且唔會有冰粒。唔飲真係唔知蕃薯都可以做奶昔！==============================我係一個愛寫字愛分享的吃貨！如果鍾意我分享的，我邀請您訂閲我的食評，我會繼續與大家繼續發掘有咩CP高的冰糧！(敬禮)
