嗰日約咗朋友去Top Blade Steak Lab食飯,一時唔記得咗朋友唔食牛,不過唔緊要,因為呢間餐廳都有好多除咗牛以外嘅選擇,最後決定陪朋友一齊唔食牛,就分別要咗兩份豬嘅菜式。因為朋友唔食牛,所以對其他肉類,尤其係豬特別有認識,就介紹我食西班牙黑毛豬豬羽毛 $268。之前從未聽過咩係豬羽毛,朋友解釋話豬羽毛其實係黑毛豬兩邊膊頭嗰個部位,每隻豬得兩件,所以好珍貴,難怪價錢比平常嘅豬貴。由於油脂比其他部位多、所以食落味道特別濃郁、特別多肉汁。果然好推介!而朋友就叫咗西班牙栗飼豬鞍架 $160,份量比我嗰份多,有兩大塊,我試咗少少,肥美但唔太油腻,幾好食。我哋仲加$60配咗一份自家靚湯同藜麥沙律,同埋分享咗一份任食薯條。
