To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人唔食生勾勾既所以都好少去日本餐廳食嘢竟然係畢生第一次去元氣講出嚟都有啲怕羞為咗陪男朋友佢成日都話想食咁就一於試吓點知都有啲驚喜喎佢熟嘅壽司都幾多就咁數一數都有起碼10樣第一次嗌咗蝦卷覺得好好味炸蝦外脆內軟仲有浸好特別嘅調味於是想嗌多一次點知嗌咗第二款不過都唔差腐皮包粟米蟹柳沙律都係基本操作比足料影相都幾靚呢個軟殼蟹卷塊草有啲大軟殼蟹得少少覺得唔係幾抵呢個唔記得咗個名應該都係軟殼蟹個類口感豐富味道幾好鰻魚應該係我係唔識生野之下平時幾常食嘅一款元氣嘅鰻魚都係基本野冇乜特別熟蝦芝士幾香蝦幾新鮮蝦天婦羅壽司同樣都係外脆內軟不錯呢個蟹肉就一般般啦可能係我特別怕腥全場最出色一定係呢個牛肉壽司仲有少少辣椒醬出乎意料地好吃
