今天下午放假3點幾出開尖沙咀, 經過半熟工房未見有人潮, 一個箭步走入去買來食過先叫潮人, 只需用5分鐘便等到剛出爐既芝士撻. 買了半打最潮既芝士撻及半熟芝士蛋糕回家和家人分享. 我急不及待趁新鮮先食一個, 曲奇餅皮較薄脆而不鬆,可能size較大餅皮薄一拎起很易裂開,餡面不夠漲滿,餡料有半流帶有淡淡芝士味。頗像食芝士蛋糕. 再試一個雪凍後食,但餅皮已變軟,芝士餡質地似芝士凍餅。整體味道是好的,熱食較好。包裝袋+餅盒很日式,兩層間格以防撞爛.反而我較喜歡半熟芝士蛋糕$75(5件),size細細,每個獨立包裝好像日式伴手禮。雪凍後取出即食,像梳乎里軟綿綿入口即融,有點像以往很流行"E虅家"既日式水焗芝士蛋糕,這個質地更溶化,帶著淡淡芝士味不會太濃太膩。獨自也能輕易吃光一件。 包裝很緻細, 寫明用靚料, 北海道特濃奶油芝士, 日本麵粉及法國牛油.

芝士撻始終不及銅鑼灣超市那間的熱食/凍食都好味。如未試過銅鑼灣那間,半熟工房都是不錯的。
