門面走日本風,相當易認。一坐低先送上加左醬油ge磯燒元貝小食,每人兩粒,一路食一路掃QR code用手提落單。冰鎮原隻魷魚仔除左原隻上,仲係原汁原味無預先調味,點少少豉油wasabi不錯,但唔夠牙力的話可能吃力d。加州卷蟹子爆晒出黎。我唔食三文魚,朋友話魚皮燒得幾香。生蠔大隻新鮮,味較淡。帶子好肥美。粟米好甜無渣。牛柳大大粒,燒到半熟,易咬,如果表面燒耐少少一定仲正。豬五花腩同博多雞肉都燒得剛剛好,唔會乾柴。除左醬油外,燒物仲可以配香草檸檬同麻辣海鹽,一款食物可試齊三種味道。雖然無飲酒,但都叫左幾款佐酒小食,第一次食鱈魚乾,真係好香,慢慢咬細味一下。平時食雞軟骨最怕成口油,但呢度ge雞軟骨就無呢個問題。蟹肉忌廉薯餅好香甜,三種食材相當夾。蜆鮮甜無沙,湯底酒味極濃,嗜酒者不妨大啖大啖飲。醬油湯底唔油,亦唔會太鹹,烏冬亦非平價貨色,夠彈牙。海膽一眼睇晒,真材實料,飯超多,爭d食唔晒。
