開放式廚房望落都幾乾淨企理。為免搞到間串燒店煙霧瀰漫,店內既光線教到好暗。唔知係咪因為我地體型比較大隻,店內既枱櫈都好似好細張,d位真係好窄好唔舒服;坐喺吧枱食嗰d女仔重慘,要攬住個袋食飯。佢既抽氣同其他同類既店舖比可以話做得算好:我地走嗰陣時,衣物上既氣味都唔係太過份,還可以接受。食串燒其實最主要都係食個廚師既燒功同醃功。正因為食咁多熱氣同濃味既燒物,一間成功既串燒店應該提供多款解喝既飲品。真係幾可惜,佢既涷飲種類唔夠多之餘,開瓶費更高達$300/枝,酒店都好似冇咁誇囉。佢介紹既所謂之涷飲之一既"梅乃宿抽子純米酒"味道超級甜同超級酸外,重要唔夠涷,講真推介得幾失敗($360/720ml)。師傅既燒功唔錯,燒得好夠乾身,食落唔會成口油,而且我地唔洗食d未煮熟或者燶左既食物。不過醃料方面就好似唔係好夠味。 鵝肝雞翼:$52/串;鵝肝釀喺雞翼入面,非常特別既組合。雖然唔係好夠咸,不過鵝肝食落冇平時咁溜,雞翼都冇咁肥,特色推介一。 雞皮蝦卷:$52/串;都係唔夠咸;唔講真係食唔出外層係雞皮,燒得好乾好脆;入面隻蝦就冇乜蝦味啦,平淡左少少。不妨一試推介二。 牛舌:$50/兩串;夠厚,咬落夠多汁

食串燒其實最主要都係食個廚師既燒功同醃功。正因為食咁多熱氣同濃味既燒物,一間成功既串燒店應該提供多款解喝既飲品。真係幾可惜,佢既涷飲種類唔夠多之餘,開瓶費更高達$300/枝,酒店都好似冇咁誇囉

 雞皮:$36/兩串;單串叫個雞皮都重係燒得好夠脆,但係就比連蝦嗰串油同韌,而且好淡,不吃也吧。

 燒豆腐:$28/兩串;最淡既一味,豆腐個皮燒得唔夠脆,而且入面重係涷既。
唔洗試!

 雞軟骨:$40/兩串;好乾好硬好韌,建議大家留返個quota食第二樣。

 芝士年糕:$36/兩串;好意外地一d都唔溜,一d都唔黐牙;年糕既外層好似"mochi"咁煙煙韌韌;芝士餡熱辣辣,重流流地心,甜甜咸咸咁幾得意。得意推介四。

 粟米:第一次就漏左單,第二次就等左成半粒鐘都唔係好夠熱,又唔甜,咁你話得唔得呀?


十串set: $198 包一碗白飯同一碗麵豉湯:一塌糊塗
 雞頸肉:好脆,不過唔夠味。
 露荀豬肉,紫蘇葉豬肉卷:豬肉又乾又嚡又韌又冇味,失敗。
 雞肉丸:唔夠鬆,重好乾,sigh...
 雞肉大蔥:雞肉嚡嚡地,唔夠juicy。
 鵪鶉蛋,青椒,冬菇,銀杏:又乾又冇味。
 南亭燒牛肉:雖然係熟左,不過肉係涷既,hmmm...代表雪藏,重未解涷夠,而且重要係腥既?!

散叫佢特式串燒就ok,不過想慳少少叫個set黎食就出哂事,因為用料唔夠新鮮,連調味料都唔捨得落。叫set時重要同一時間全部上哂,張枱冇位放之餘,哥哥姐姐仔重要企喺到等d客自己整理,咁你點收得加一服務費呀?
 小弟勸喻大家最好唔好黎食午餐或者晚餐,要黎試都係happy hour 同宵夜黎食我推介嗰幾味,因為真係唔係好飽肚,同埋唔係好值得囉。
