To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Order 左2個燒肉套餐, 一個牛五花套餐100g ($ 48) , 一個LIKE 套餐150g,  ($95), 單點了一份豬五花腩肉 50g ($18)牛五花套餐100g這個套餐超級抵食, 有肉, 飯, 紫菜湯, 泡菜都只需 $48牛五花薄薄地, 但都易燒, 肉質唔會韌, 無根, 點埋醬料更好味, 枱上有幾款調味料供應, 又有岩鹽和胡椒. 紫菜湯好夠味, 唔似開粉既湯.豬五花腩肉 50g 呢個真係可以不叫了, 好"鞋" 和"酥"味.LIKE 套餐150g這個套餐有牛舌, 牛五花, 牛橫膈膜, 飯, 紫菜湯, 沙律菜牛橫膈膜會最出色, 厚切夠肉慼, 易咬口, 不會韌, 牛舌聽友人說不過不失.整體餐廳感覺服務良好和衛生, 價錢不用加一, 會再Encore.

牛五花薄薄地, 但都易燒, 肉質唔會韌, 無根, 點埋醬料更好味, 枱上有幾款調味料供應, 又有岩鹽和胡椒. 紫菜湯好夠味, 唔似開粉既湯.
