To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚原本約咗朋友去大美督食晚飯，入到去至知訂枱被cancel,so sad 😔 一路行番去巴士站，經過好多餐廳選擇，求其行入一間，叫忠誠茶座，係食泰菜，睇咗餐牌見價錢唔算貴，又免收10%服務費，就坐低食。醃肉生菜包（豬）$88飛天通菜$82青咖喱雞肉$78泰式煎薄餅$48醃豬肉生菜包，豬肉碎味道唔錯，微辣，但唔夠香；用西生菜包夠晒爽👏通菜比豬肉碎辣及濃味，炒得青翠，賣相唔錯😄青咖喱雞肉，覺得比較遜色，咖喱唔夠香又唔夠辣，水水咁，切得薄薄的雞肉，咬落冇口感🤷🏻‍♀️仲有啲嚡🤦🏻‍♀️泰式薄餅同印度薄餅好相似，酥酥脆，幾好食😋喺大美督呢度，佢嘅價錢唔算貴，不過份量亦唔多，味道偏鹹偏辣，整體中規中矩，勝在地方大，坐得舒適👍
