To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前睇雜誌介紹過, 又咁啱喺對面見到寫住雲吞麵$15, 炸醬麵$13, 咁就行咗入去。 睇睇餐牌再順便叫嗰2樣特價食品。開放式打麵廚房, 打麵就見唔到, 鬧仔/孫就真人show上演, 首先企收銀嗰位較時髦女士個樣子與被駡的十零歲後生仔及駡人的老先生好似樣, 而且我聽到d阿姐叫老先生做老細, 所以我估喺一家人。 食食下麵忽然聽到好大聲咁鬧人, 說什麽「而家d後生仔, 剩係識認精學懶！」, 「你個樣好唔忿氣, 教咗你3分鐘都唔識, 唔係用死力渣埋一舊.......」企喺收銀嗰位較時髦女士見到全場人望向同一方向就推開廚房玻璃門叫佢地細聲d, 然後就將電視机嘅音量開大聲d, 但係依然cover唔到廚房d咒駡聲壹周刊俾85分唔.....點形容好呢???? 麵不太爽口而且有點糊糊的感覺, 就好像新鮮意粉煮成後都会有這種口感。 湯底是否真的用大地魚煲製, 那就不得而之!?? 雲吞一啖一粒而且有拖尾, 一碗麵有4粒, 每粒都包含一隻蝦及少量肉碎, 味道就與爽口彈牙分道揚鑣。麵已被細心地剪碎, 炸醬酸辣不過d肉碎好似肉質散散地咁下次試下撈麵先, 因為都幾多人叫！
