日日係屋企食自己食到口淡淡,今日出開沙田發現連城新開左間越南菜,當然要試試新野啦! 越好原來係馬來西亞好出名嘅老店,雖然唔係來自越南但都已經有30年歷史啦! 店面不大但7點已經滿座,而且食物價格合理,想食要趁早啦… 朋友點左每日限量250碗嘅招牌生牛肉湯河,湯底清甜不會過咸,想必是真材實料熬制。牛肉在湯中慢慢變色,入口又軟又嫩,正! 越南炸春卷同中式炸春卷最大分別在於外皮,越式春卷外皮較為軟糯煙靭,緊緊裹著內餡不容碎散,再沾上醬汁一口咬下,層次感極豐富。 食越南菜又點少得炸蝦餅呢?蝦餅趁熱食外層脆卜卜,咬開入面係綿軟嘅蝦肉餡,好滿足~~ 唾涎三尺蒜香雞翼飯賣相吸睛,滑滑的蛋黃真讓人唾涎三尺,蒜香雞翼炸得外皮香脆,內裡仍然保持Juicy,一d都唔會dry! 最後歎返杯青檸疏打,冰涼醒神、清新味蕾,一樂也!
