To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十年前在總店食添好運,因為夠平,又好味!近年轉型後,點心款式大致相同,價格卻提高了。那是當然的,都闖出個名堂來,有旅客。現在茶錢都$12位(嶄新冷泡茶)只是gimmick野,想跟隨市場步伐兼乘機加價,可是茶包味道很淡呢,沖一壺就無味了,不知道是否可要求換新茶包?我寧可喝傳統舊茶$6位商業化後點心味道變普通了往時有感雪山叉燒包出色現在只有腸粉仍然是嫩滑的
