To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前成日經過好想試下嚟食,但每次都係大掛長龍,今次就預早好多訂枱,終於有機會食到喇!打開餐牌,有好多菜式選擇,樣樣都想食,最後揀咗好耐,終於叫咗:油甘魚刺身(凍咗少少,但肉質都好鮮美)豚平関西燒 (味道好味,醬料適中)免治牛肉茶漬飯 (呢個就比較差喇!牛肉極少,味道十分淡,好似滾水撈白飯咁)炒雜菜(味道較淡,芽菜較多,冇咩得別)燒牛舌 (普通)麵醬燒鯖魚(超級好味,麵豉醬配鯖魚原來好好味,鯖魚燒得好香口)豆腐凍 (豆腐好滑好香)
