兒子來北角上堂,說要跟我吃午飯。知道這年輕人一定唔會鍾意飲茶,嫌太老餅,就一於選擇去吃西餐吧!揀了位於馬寶道的《Alize Noire de Nova 意烽》,餐廳位於商場一樓,地點就腳,離北角港鐵站不遠,只是幾分鐘路程。如果唔想等𨋢的話,其實也可以行樓梯直達餐廳。餐廳店面頗大,佔地約有 5 千呎,而且一入門口右手邊更有間 VIP 房,可供客人聚餐或開 Party 之用。入座後先揭開餐牌,午市套餐選擇豐富,有西冷扒、烤豬柳、鴨胸、意粉、千層麵、意大利飯、沙律和漢堡包,而且仲包埋 House Salad 或是日餐湯,另外午餐更有飲品或甜品可供選擇,如果想兩樣都要齊的話,就要另加 $15。先送上來的前菜是 Parma Ham Salad 巴馬火腿沙律,成品分量不大,賣相亦絕不花巧,面頭只有一片薄薄的巴馬火腿。叉起一試,火腿入口雖稍嫌唔夠鹹香油潤,但用來配口感清爽的沙律菜,味道亦不俗。是日餐湯是南瓜湯,筆者對南瓜雖然興趣不大,但煮成湯後,味道香甜濃郁、質感幼滑濃稠,是用心之作。跟餐的麵包質感非常軟熟,只可惜唔夠熱,就算塗上牛油後,食味亦大打折扣。主菜分別點了烤西冷扒伴燒汁 ($128) 和香

主菜分別點了烤西冷扒伴燒汁 ($128) 和香烤美國豬柳配黃薑蘋果沙沙。烤至六成熟的西冷,端上來時見面頭燒成一層微微薄焦,而且煎出坑紋效果,賣相誘人。切開一看,內裡嫩紅而不乾身,而且肉質亦一如所料,既鬆化可口又肉汁充盈,吃起來油份亦不多、口感實在,配上薯香突出的脆炸薯角,惹味好吃。

至於另一客香烤美國豬柳配黃薑蘋果沙沙 ($98),豬柳食落雖然沒西冷扒咁濕潤鬆軟,但端上來後,見外形極之厚身,而且面頭煎成格仔紋狀,賣相亦絕不欺場。而兒子就讚塊豬柳肉質煙韌有嚼口之餘亦夠曬啖啖肉,配爽口的蘋果粒和香脆軟糯的炸薯角,口感豐富。

餐飲點了凍咖啡凍檸茶,後來在牆身的黑板上發現原來是日冰茶是熱情果茶,下次來要試試。沒加 $15 點 Daily Dessert 阿華田朱古力慕絲,反而看上了這客迷迭香法式焦糖燉蛋 ($38),焦糖燉蛋以一個有柄的小瓦砵盛載,賣相頗精緻。先挑起表層焦糖入口,夠薄又夠脆,水準之作,輕輕一勺,再舀起底下燉蛋,蛋味雖然唔算好香濃,但質感柔滑,味道也不俗,正好為這頓午餐劃上一個甜蜜句號。
