To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾日我去咗moko 新世紀廣場Dondonya分店，見到有兩個新丼，我都有order 💛✨ 極の海鮮丼✨呢個丼集齊香港人最愛嘅三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚同吞拿魚蓉好似小山丘 ， 食材豐富但又唔會搶大家風頭，仲有日本無菌生雞蛋，口感好豐富✨✨😍✨ 赤海老丼✨上咗枱後嘩一聲😚😚呢個飯鋪滿彈牙嘅赤蝦刺身 🦐🦐， 份量多到完全蓋住咗飯面，撘配爆汁飛魚籽，每啖都十分滿足！🤗 如果比較下我鍾意呢一個多啲，因為蝦嘅份量真係好驚人🤣最後想提一提呢兩個丼都可以3食：豉油、胡麻醬、鯛魚高湯，但本人覺得撈湯食有啲怪，都係完味豉油好食啲😅原來呢個飯係供應到9月16號㗎咋，所以大家要趁早去試吓了✨✨😆
