To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢家人生日，多數都會揀去食真味既火鍋，近地鐵站得來質素都👌🏻今次黎食又係為了慶生，咁岩撞正星期六，所以一早打去book位，接聽既侍應指因為周末，所以係限時，限左兩個時段，6-8/8:30，普通湯底火鍋同蒸氣火鍋都有試過，偏愛蒸氣火鍋，食物蒸出來的味道同質感較普通火鍋鮮同嫩，而且一鍋一鍋咁蒸亦唔會好似湯底火鍋咁浸到淋哂一早計劃好要食長腳蟹，所以坐低之後直接去番門口魚缸揀蟹最後係侍應的幫忙下揀左佢😍—差不多4公斤重（一千頭左右揀完之後，再次登場！蟹殻係超級多蟹膏！好大隻長腳蟹😆一個關節位=2/3筷子大大啖蟹肉食得好爽！蒸出來係非常鮮另外今次冇加粥底（因為上次飽到食唔落，感覺唔係必要鱆紅魚刺身（半條）今次菜單上面雖然冇寫，但問完侍應話都可以叫半條。個人覺得半條既份量已經好夠，五個人食都好足。但今次既刺身冇上次切得薄，口感稍退，冇左入口即溶既感覺，亦冇上次咁鮮😢蝦、蝦、蝦！而且係活蝦！上台之後仲係生猛既，所以係好鮮既鮮蝦😃蝦+安格斯牛可以組成一個小套餐，計番好抵！一登場係幾令既擺碟，但相都影唔切就有人貪食開蒸🤣牛肉既肉味濃郁，口感嫩而不”un”，最重要係⋯快熟！好快就食得蠔！蒸完唔會縮水！
