To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.         今天(二月十三日)去了銅鍾灣時代廣場的GreenHouse吃下午茶。我很喜歡食軟殻蟹和溫泉蛋,Menu上竟然有一個軟殻蟹、溫泉蛋沙律;我當然不會放過。果然沒有令我失望,軟殻蟹很鬆脆,溫泉蛋也很好食。我的同伴叫了一碗龍蝦喇沙,看她一碗啖啖肉,很豐實。但她已經叫了「少辣」,但看她表情似乎都仍然非常辣。如果你唔食得辣,記得叫「走辣」,「少辣」都有機會中招啊。最後我再叫了一杯cinnamon mocha,但這杯mocha似乎就調得差了一點,而且相當甜,我就不推介了。
