Restaurant: The Trafalgar Brewing Company

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿林：這家酒吧有多款cider和ale，當然不少得佐酒小吃，不失為happy hour好地方。先來水牛芝士棒 ($78)，上桌時已不太熱，芝士回復半軟柔韌狀態，拉不出絲。水牛城雞翼 ($74/5件) 炸得脆口，僅只微辣，連我也輕鬆過關。縱然滋味，但這種辣度加上藍芝士醬欠奉，似乎與「水牛城」三字不大相稱。原隻德國鹹豬手 ($140)，已拆肉切好，外皮酥脆，味道不錯。最後端來的吞拿魚尼哥斯沙律 ($74)，蔬菜雖新鮮，但全熟吞拿魚像罐頭出品，有點糟糕。
