To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在香港,晚餐的選擇多的是,不過最方便還是幫趁快餐店,嚴格來說,大家樂的套餐不算真正快餐,因為要等的呢!是晚一個人選了個啫啫花鵰雞煲套餐,這個套餐可算是實而不華,從照片中可看到一套四件清脆利落,香飯一碗,粉葛赤小豆豬肉湯一碗, 啫啫花鵰雞一煲及濃茶一杯.香飯:白飯質地頗軟,適合一般人食用,我但嫌份量是小了一點.粉葛赤小豆豬肉湯:比起一般茶餐廳的例湯,質感與味道皆比外面的好,兼且湯渣豐富,吃粉葛也能飽呢!啫啫花鵰雞煲:加入了花鵰酒一起作調味,醬汁味道頗鮮,煲內加入紅椒,蔥頭及洋蔥用以增強甜味,雞應該是冰鮮的,原因本港正值禽流感爆發,活雞供應暫停,因此雞件肉質稍遜色一點,幸好醬汁味道搭夠.濃茶:一杯飲了可以捱通頂的中國茶,幸好我一早已把茶包抽起,不然,那杯茶就會飲不得了.總括來說,這個套餐的質素算不過不失,如無奄尖的要求,可不妨一試.
