放工嘅時候有朋友想飲番杯,於是乎去左尖沙咀搵嘢食。餐廳牆身畫左日本傳統嘅浮世繪,而吊燈則用左美國街頭風格嘅貼紙粘貼而成,有種fusion嘅感覺。喜聚鑊仔麻辣雞 $198/半隻雖然我都唔係好食得辣,但係雞鍋真係加少少辣先好食。雞肉微辣又帶少少麻。麻辣四姊妹 ($88)食完雞煲梗係要補充下纖維,四姊妹包含有蓮藕,淮山,萵筍,雲耳等等,蔬菜吸引哂辣油香真係好過癮。燒肉桂焦糖金菠蘿 $38食到乾乾地就啱哂食菠蘿,菠蘿預先粘上肉桂焦糖,又用上火炙方式,非常多汁又脆身。串燒燒豬頸肉$28 和日式燒雞肝 $32燒豬頸肉厚身又有少少肥,外層有少少焦香又有肉味。雞肝一啲都唔會腥,咸咸甜甜嘅好過癮。喜聚燒 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀寶勒巷10號10 Prat 8樓
