To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到餐廳都叫做乾乾淨淨，企企理理，姐姐熱情招待，服務態度絕對冇問題之後叫左酸菜魚，望落都OK，可惜食落唔夠味～岀左去拎啲丸呀、雞件黎食，啲丸味道有啲特別😀，雞件亦有驚喜😀，薯粉正常，但餐廳可唔可以提供啲夾，我想話用筷子夾薯粉真係好高難度🥲最後食左半條烤魚都冇就走左⋯⋯但眼見個場都好多客，咁可能係我唔好彩啦😀 不過咁嘅價錢，絕對抵食啦😀點知到咗第二日個肚仲同我講好掛住琴晚嗰餐😀好可惜唔係住附近，如果唔係都想日日去食
