To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唉,銅鑼灣灣仔咁多打工仔,lunchtime多人就梗咖啦,但重點係打工嘅我一啲都唔趕時間,仲好平靜咁落單,呀姐都燥我底🤦🏻‍♀️真係食譚仔好過。話說1:00pm去食,一行4人,2個到先就嗌左2碗麵先。另外2位朋友後到,隔左15分鐘再落單⋯⋯我都未嗌嘢食,呀姐一行埋黎就話:好心你地啦,岩先好叫埋啦,而加冧檔,亂晒⋯⋯🤦🏻‍♀️🌚即刻著著地。我話:我地趕住返工咪嗌先囉,佢地唔趕咪後嗌囉⋯⋯大家都做服務性行業,你公司冧檔係你地training出問題啫,同埋有單咪跟住做囉,fine dining呀?等齊先上枱咩?有無必要將自己內部冧檔同客講?做唔切係咪叫客咪入黎食?個呀姐忙到寫左單,無入機,半個鐘後走黎問有無比單我地?其實佢自己都未入機,我地更加無催佢添啦,咁點解要燥我地底?🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
