To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我選擇Green Monday都有好幾個月,都會不停留意下邊度有好既素食餐廳,有時候約朋友都唔會搞到好尷尬左就又就咁。今次黎左呢間係素食界都頗有名既無肉食,顧名思義,呢度當然係素食既,而且係任食。午市七十八,晚市一一八,九十分鐘任食。其實食物選擇都唔少,有一大堆炸物啦、沙律吧啦、川味涼菜系列啦、熟食啦,仲有湯、茶水同糖水任飲。其實每樣食少少已經好飽,而且餸菜流轉快,有時又會換下新款咁,好豐富架。個人重點推介兩樣啦,首先係圖中好搶眼既拔絲芋頭。拔絲皮好脆,夠甜岩曬我,而芋頭就好粉好稔身,好好味,不過唔好食咁多,會好飽的。另外一樣就係迷你芝士撻仔,熱辣辣有少少軟心架,好香好滑,每次出爐都瞬間俾人搶曬,想食要快啦。食完飽飽就請大家幫手執好野,分好餐具同廚餘先好走啦。

個人重點推介兩樣啦,首先係圖中好搶眼既拔絲芋頭。拔絲皮好脆,夠甜岩曬我,而芋頭就好粉好稔身,好好味,不過唔好食咁多,會好飽的。另外一樣就係迷你芝士撻仔,熱辣辣有少少軟心架,好香好滑,每次出爐都瞬間俾人搶曬,想食要快啦。
