To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荷里活新開餐廳,又點少得我去試下呢夜晚8點幾先去食,都要排一陣隊。三個人食,點左兩個88蚊一人餐(一個餐有一小食,一主菜,一飲品),跟餐加左兩個肉骨茶,再額外加左個小食。跟餐小食,串燒雞同果個炸春卷都ok 。主食海南雞飯我就覺得麻麻,個飯冇椰香味,雞肉冇鮮味,而且有點油,同新加坡嘅真正海南雞差很遠好掛住新加坡嘅海南雞飯啦,香港好難食到好食嘅海南雞飯另外主食海鮮喇沙,味道幾好,有椰香味,少少辣,而且好多海鮮,不過佢係配粗麵同米粉,增加左佢個口感,我幾欣賞佢個湯底啦豬頸肉就炸到又乾又韌,咬都咬5到啦我加左兩個湯,肉骨茶,味道有點太濃,不太喜歡,好似飲緊送飯嘅汁咁,太濃唔好味。不過原來佢個海南雞飯入面有個餐湯送,雖然只係啲冬瓜清雞湯,早知唔加咁多個肉骨茶。總括而言,我俾個好評只係因為個喇沙幾岩我口味,其他食物只係普通啦

好掛住新加坡嘅海南雞飯啦,香港好難食到好食嘅海南雞飯
