是日跟同事吃午餐, 同事帶路, 來到喇沙王. 平日十二時半到達, 可立即入座, 真好! 店內地方狹窄, 一貫小店的快餐格局, 坐得定當擠迫. 點選了海鮮喇沙米線+熱檸水(HK$58). 先說分量, 正常size. 材料有蝦, 魚蛋, 龍蝦丸, 豆卜, 蛋. 試一口湯底, 味道很濃郁, 帶著鹹鹹香香, 椰子味雖然欠奉, 但米線吸收了湯的濃味, 如以車仔麵的湯底來算, 算是不錯. 但以喇沙的standard來說, 則不夠正宗了.
