To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐之前嚟過一次，掛住佢嘅海南雞，今次同fd試埋佢個喇沙覺得都幾出色。雖然我哋食八點幾，不過都幾多人下。招牌珍寶帶子喇沙 $169帶子喇沙的湯汁味道微辣而不過分，味道鮮美帶椰子香。帶子大大粒肉質鮮嫩，口感非常好，配上彈牙的米線和豐富的配料，加埋出色嘅湯底，整體口感豐富而濃郁。文華海南雞飯 $133海南雞飯的口感較清淡，飯粒蓬鬆爽口，雞肉鮮嫩多汁，配上醬汁更是美味。整體口感非常新鮮和舒適。鹹蛋雞翼 (6隻) $95咸蛋雞翼的口感外酥內嫩，帶有咸蛋的香味，外觀呈現金黃色的外皮。酥脆的外皮包裹著嫩滑的雞肉，每一口都能感受到咸蛋的香味，令人垂涎欲滴。而家自己用QR code落單都好方便
