To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又要落葵興參加中心活動，先去入素食晏。Order咗喇沙牛肉湯麵，素蠔油娃娃菜，羊肉串，雜莓汁。麵同羊肉串都有d辣，我個女邊食邊飲嘢都食得到。羊肉串我只食咗一粒，個女食五粒，佢話好辣（其實只係少辣）不過好好味，味道真係似羊肉。喇沙湯好香濃，配料有三色椒、豆腐卜、素牛肉片，幾好味。娃娃菜正常，第一次食素蠔油原來只係咸咸地冇乜特別。呢個餐兩母女分嚟食，我唔係幾夠飽添😅憑上次幫襯嘅收據，2:30後入座有85折，今次埋單$95。
