多年前來過好時沙嗲,當時覺得好奇怪,咁靜嘅商場入面竟然有咁出名嘅星馬菜餐廳,幾年前佢地重開食然選擇原址,但就加咗鋪位,隔咗幾年之後首次再嚟。食第一啖已經覺得好味!喇沙汁又濃又滑,椰香味重但微辣,米粉索哂汁,只可惜呢度只用米粉而非油麵米粉兩溝,配料都唔少,有豆卜、鮮蝦、白魚蛋、芽菜等。沙嗲串燒嘅薑味十足,沙嗲醬嘅花生味都幾出,但肉就煮得熟啲,口感有啲韌。炸豆腐都做得唔錯,夠熱,食落內脆內軟,但豆腐本身嘅調味唔多搞到好淡,而且份面太多水,要點多啲豆瓣醬先夠味。
