To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜出望外的牛雜，配上不能接受的白飯

星期日下午趁有空閒時間，到長沙灣德記一嘗頗為出名的牛雜我於中午時間到達，餐廳已坐滿 8 成座位。一坐下，二話不說便點叫牛雜飯 + 可樂一罐食物到達，賣相不錯牛雜以及牛汁的「色水」都到位～可惜，白飯的質感嚴重影響此牛雜飯的水平。係飯過程的水份太多，以致飯粒十分溶爛，影響牛雜飯的整體口感……至於餐廳環境尚算衛生，每張枱面上都有膠板作阻隔，而且飲管更有獨立包裝。員工的服務都十分週到，而且有禮貌，是十分難得。整體而言，如果「飯」的問題解決，整體將會是一客非常吸引的牛雜飯。
