整體上覺得主廚對主食及配菜/醬汁都有兼顧及平衡，發揮了配菜/醬汁的角色。
還有一點，有些菜式上菜時，碟身是熱的或暖的，以保持食物口感及味道，這是另一個很好的細節，不是所有高級餐廳都會注重這些。
