Other Info. : 整體上覺得主廚對主食及配菜/醬汁都有兼顧及平衡,發揮了配菜/醬汁的角色。 還有一點,有些菜式上菜時,碟身是熱的或暖的,以保持食物口感及味道,這是另一個很好的細節,不是所有高級餐廳都會注重這些。
