一般好少係香港食串燒店,主要都係兩個原因.... 好嘈,污糟 (好多街邊檔) ,同埋上菜真係好慢好慢,先唔好講好多都偏貴先...但今日黎到呢間串燒店真係打破曬以上咁多負評﹗直頭係超級正﹗店開係太子地鐡站後正,呢區都好多野食,但串燒真係少,呢間門面好大,一睇就認出,大大隻字寫住 "好燒式",入到去個裝修都幾吸引人。闊落既卡位,環境乾淨。望下餐牌價錢仲要好平前後我地一共點佐9樣野,食到好飽,埋單都唔使3百,真係抵到喊先講下我最愛牛油金菇包,真係好香牛油味,金菇唔會一舊舊,真係推散舖平﹗呢D 咪真係有諗過食客感受LOR。最緊要係燒到岩岩好,底輕輕有D 焦,但一D 都唔會OVER ,好香好入味﹗可能應該係成晚最平平無奇既一碟,但係真係令我喜出望外咁好食佢個茄子都好特別,好多時我地食燒茄子都係原條燒,食入面既肉,今次見佢有得揀切片梗係試下啦﹗估唔到效果都好正﹗仲可以連皮食成個感覺好香口亦都好淋﹗豆腐都好正,佢有小小臭豆腐既質感,肉質就好淋。另外值得講下一定係個 "墨西哥薄餅芝士雞肉"落足料,重芝士,外層燒到有小小脆,包住入面啖啖雞肉,超足料芝士,仲有DD 辣椒 (但我個人覺得唔辣),呢個真係值得

佢個茄子都好特別,好多時我地食燒茄子都係原條燒,食入面既肉,今次見佢有得揀切片梗係試下啦﹗估唔到效果都好正﹗仲可以連皮食

豆腐都好正,佢有小小臭豆腐既質感,肉質就好淋。另外值得講下一定係個 "墨西哥薄餅芝士雞肉"

黎得食串燒梗係講下D 肉啦,先講下最普通最常食但又都幾高難度既雞翼啦..又真係燒得幾正,外層岩岩好燒得有DD 乾身,最緊要係入面仲係好JUICY,而入面仲要一D 紅都無,火喉剛剛好﹗
鹽燒白鮮都唔錯,外層小小焦之餘保留到D 膠質感,肉質好飽滿。

其中一個推介食物就係呢個 "燒雞胸軟骨串" 25蚊2串超抵食。平時食雞軟骨就食得多,雞胸肉連軟骨真係第一次,雞胸肉唔鞋口,軟骨亦夠淋,配埋個燒汁食原來真係別有一番風味﹗

店入面既牛都絕對唔貴,如果係食肉獸真係應該黎試下,安格斯牛肋串都係講緊24蚊一串,鹽燒牛舌串26,真係唔知可以去邊先搵得返呢個價錢呢個環境食串燒﹗鹽燒牛舌真係好大舊,外脆內軟。安格斯牛肋,超重牛味,好香口﹗完全唔需要多餘漿汁。
整體黎講 "好燒式" 既串燒全部火喉都控制得好好,佢服務員唔係多,但係上菜真係真係好快,而且服務態度好好....如果大家食開串燒都知,香港地要食串燒,要搵間上菜快同服務態度好真係好高難度,仲要食物質素咁高真係堅抵讚﹗

不過黎呢度食野真係可能要試下BOOK 位,我地早黎都唔算多人,但走個時已經見到滿曬人了。可能因為佢為佐保持環境闊落同舒服,唔會擺得D 位太迫,呢樣野都係而家其他香港餐廳值得學習既一點。唔好為佐賺多個錢擺到密麻麻咁
