今日放工去土瓜灣探朋友,順便同佢慶祝生日,佢話想食龍蝦OMAKASEA,帶咗我去一間日本餐廳,到達時,有少少失望,一間咁嘅餐廳點會有好食嘅龍蝦OMAKASEA,連魚缸都無個,心諗呢到嘅海鮮新鮮有限,不過朋友話想食,就試吓喇!海葡萄沙律前菜係海葡萄沙律,份量好多,成個碗面都係由沖繩空運來嘅海葡萄,咸咸哋,海水味濃,新鮮又爽口,配上新鮮嘅青瓜片,蕃茄片,沙律菜等,十分開胃法國藍龍蝦分別安排咗刺身同鍋物老闆首先拿來一隻龍蝦,雖然放咗响個托盤,不過老闆都仲要用隻手按著,真係好生猛,仲郁緊無幾耐刺身就到了,除咗龍蝦之外,仲有帶子,深海池魚同TORO,龍蝦刺身係龍蝦身,啖啖肉,淡紅色的,爽口彈牙又鮮甜,一邊食,另一邊嘅龍蝦頭仲郁緊,我食咗一件之後想食其他刺身,點知立即比老闆叫停,佢話一定食晒先,因為龍蝦刺身係最啖味,而其他嘅刺身魚味比較濃,證明老闆對食真係好有要求老闆無講錯,帶子,深海池魚同TORO都好新鮮,好鮮甜,帶子大大件,深海池魚好爽口,TORO 都平時食嘅好唔同,雖然都有好多雪花紋,不過顏色就同平時食嘅好大分別,唔係深紅色,係好淡好淡嘅粉紅色,點知係出色嘅鮮甜,仲好肥美,一問之下,原本係吞

好大條嘅青魚,平時食青魚好多時都會比檸檬,等你唧少少汁上去,不過老闆今次就強調唔好唧檸檬汁,反而唧檸檬汁會令到魚皮無咁脆,點佢哋嘅酸汁就可以,果然無錯,呢個食法,外皮香脆,而且魚肉剛剛熟,好滑,又鮮甜

話明係鮮牛柳,即係無急凍過,直接由澳洲空運到港,果然好唔同,雖然切到一粒粒,又好似好熟咁,但係入口仲好juicy,好嫩,又有牛肉味,佢上面加咗黑椒,好野味。
