預祝母親節, 同媽媽到銅鑼灣拍拖去! 母女倆最喜愛打邊爐, 有二人套餐最好, 唔駛煩唔駛諗, 乜都有得試之餘又唔怕嗌多左食唔晒! 呢間餐廳以70, 80 年代裝潢, 無論地板及裝飾吊燈都好有懷舊 feel, 我諗起爺爺間屋! 我食得辣所以要麻辣鍋 (好足料, 辣椒都有幾款, 有大中小辣可選, 仲有好多冰豆腐), 媽媽唔食辣要胡椒豬肚鍋 (根本胡椒豬肚湯, 夠味唔嗆喉, 豬肚夠淋之餘仍保持爽口! 大刀手切肥牛 ~ 初時唔知咩係大刀, 嚟到先知原來係原條! 一般打邊爐本地肥牛都切到好碎, 好似平時菜心炒牛肉咁細細件, 但呢度係大大條的! 超有肉味, 厚身唔靭, 滑口, 勁好食! 花雕雞件 ~ 上枱時有濃濃花雕味, 烚完就被麻辣味蓋過! 雞肉好嫩滑, 連雞胸都滑, 肉厚唔肥! 三寶滑 ~ 要估其實係咩都幾難, 因為唔係平時食開既三寶滑! 最後我問店員先知係 “蝦干蟹籽墨魚滑”, “咸蛋蝦滑”& “髮菜蠔豉牛筋滑”! 超有趣! 三種丸都好爽口, 平時我唔喜愛食牛肉球 & 牛肉滑, 呢個用上牛筋, 口感好特別, 味道仲好好! 果皮魚旦 ~ 兒時回憶! 呢種魚旦最好味, 唔鍾意而家嗰 d 超大粒得
