To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜出望外afternoon tea 沒有抱太大期望買了這裏的afternoon tea coupon 來一試，非常有驚喜。鹹點的鮑魚撻和虎蝦春卷非常好吃。鮑魚煮得軟熟入味。春卷是鮮炸的，配甜酸汁很開胃。日本蕃茄配話梅汁，味道很特別，配搭的紫蘇很新鮮。甜點每件也很大，整體味道比較淡，不算好突出，但是不太甜，鮮度也很好。特別喜歡青蘋果忌廉羽衣甘藍，味道很清新。Scones 比較濕潤，牛油味也很香濃，不錯。食物整體很有驚喜，也坐得很舒服，有機會會再來。
