To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長輩喜事聚餐,指定聘珍樓,間房兩圍全包。上桌皆是大路粵式筵席菜:燒乳豬、帶子蝦球拼西蘭花、柱甫瓤節瓜環、百花蟹拑、鮑魚鵝掌跟菜膽、海味羹、蒸海魚、炸子雞;單尾水餃麵、薑米叉燒菜粒炒飯紫米芋條椰汁露、酥餅、香蘭千層糕、鮮果拼盆。味道甚好,只是不慣晚食兼略感風寒,故半途即現滯。水餃麵用上伊麵,免去生麵來貨水準的憂慮,是聰明的做法,而且湯底較外邊清淡,單尾最佳。鮑掌汁層次豐富,顯然用心調較。個人而言,筵席只為禮節,食味與氣氛總不及大伙放懷大吃或者三四人精緻小敍令人暢快。
